التداول في الأسهم هو عملية شراء وبيع الأسهم أو الأوراق المالية على الأسواق المالية. يُعتبر التداول جزءًا أساسيًا من النظام المالي العالمي، حيث يمثل وسيلة لتحقيق الربح وتوفير التمويل للشركات وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية. يتمتع التداول بأهمية كبيرة للأفراد والشركات على حد سواء، إذ يمكن أن يكون مصدرًا للدخل وتحقيق الاستثمارات الطويلة الأمد.
مفهوم التداول: يشير التداول إلى عملية شراء وبيع الأسهم والأصول المالية على الأسواق المالية. يتم تحقيق هذا النشاط من خلال وسطاء ماليين مثل البنوك وشركات الوساطة المالية.
أهمية التداول: يعتبر التداول هامًا للأفراد والمستثمرين، حيث يمكنهم تحقيق العوائد المالية من خلال شراء أسهم بأسعار منخفضة وبيعها بأسعار أعلى، أو العكس.
أسواق التداول: تشمل أسواق التداول بورصات الأسهم المختلفة في جميع أنحاء العالم، مثل بورصة نيويورك، وبورصة لندن، وبورصة طوكيو، وغيرها. كما تشمل أيضًا الأسواق الإلكترونية عبر الإنترنت.
كيفية التداول في الأسهم
افتح حساب تداول: يجب على المستثمرين فتح حساب تداول مع وسيط مالي موثوق به.
البحث والتحليل: يجب على المستثمرين القيام بالبحث والتحليل لفهم الشركات التي يرغبون في الاستثمار فيها.
اتخاذ القرار: يجب على المستثمرين اتخاذ قرار بشراء أو بيع الأسهم بناءً على التحليل المالي والأخبار الاقتصادية.
التنفيذ: يتم تنفيذ الصفقة من خلال الوسيط المالي، الذي يقوم بتنفيذ الطلبات وتوفير البنية التحتية للتداول.

تقلبات السوق: قد تتأثر قيمة الأسهم بتقلبات السوق والعوامل الاقتصادية والسياسية.
