التزم بهذه الخطه كي يعزك الله.. وهي كــ التالي:

1- أن تصلي من الليل، ولو ركعتين بصفة دائمة إن أمكن: { تتجافى جنوبهم عن المضاجع يدعون ربهم خوفا وطمعا ومما



رزقناهم ينفقون * فلا تعلم نفس ما أخفي لهم من قرة أعين جزاء بما كانوا يعملون } [ السجدة ] .


2- أن تستغفر الله وقت السحر بسيد الاستغفار: ( اللهم أنت ربي، لا إله إلا أنت، خلقتني وأنا عبدك، وأنا على عهدك



ووعدك ما استطعت، أعوذ بك من شر ما صنعت، أبوء لك بنعمتك علي وأبوء بذنبي فاغفر لي، فإنه لا يغفر الذنوب إلا أنت )



، وأن تداوم على ذلك : { الصابرين والصادقين والقانتين والمنفقين والمستغفرين بالأسحار } [ آل عمران ] .

3- أن تحافظ على تكبيرة الإحرام والصف الأول في صلاة الفجر في المسجد، ما وسعك ذلك. عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه



قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : ( لو يعلم الناس ما في النداء والصف الأول، ثم لم يجدوا إلا أن يستهموا عليه



لاستهموا عليه ) [ متفق عليه ] . وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ( ركعتا الفجر خير



من الدنيا وما فيها ) [ رواه مسلم ] .

4- أن تكثر من تلاوة القرآن الكريم،وألا يقل وردك اليومي عن جزء، واجتهد أن تكون التلاوة بتدبر وخشوع. قال تعالى: { أوزد



عليه ورتل القرآن ترتيلا * إنا سنلقي عليك قولا ثقيلاً } [ المزمل ].


5- أن تحافظ على صلاة الضحى، ولو ركعتين، وقد كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يصلي الضحى ثماني ركعات كل يوم،



وأوصى أبا هريرة رضي الله عنه بركعتي الضحى، ونص الحديث في الصحيحين: ( أوصاني خليلي بثلاث: صيام ثلاثة أيام



من كل شهر، وركعتي الضحى، وأن أوتر قبل أن أنام ) .


6- أن تحافظ على الأدعية وأذكار الصباح والمساء،وتتذكر إخوانك في مشارق الأرض ومغاربها وقت الغروب وتدعو لهم. قال



تعالى: { فاصبرعلى ما يقولون وسبح بحمد ربك قبل طلوع الشمس وقبل غروبها ومن ءاناء الليل فسبح وأطراف النهار



لعلك ترضى } [ طه ] .


7- أن تحاسب نفسك يومياً، ولو بمقدار خمس دقائق قبل النوم، وتجدد العزم على التوبة: { إن الله يحب التوابين ويحب



المتطهرين } [ البقرة ] .


8- أن تتفكر في خلق الله ( الكون، البحر، السماء،الجبال، الأشجار ... )، ولو بنظرة واحدة صادقة من القلب وتقول: { ربنا



ما خلقت هذا باطلا سبحانك فقنا عذاب النار } [ آل عمران ] .



9- أن تحافظ على وضوئك طوال اليوم، وإذا فقدته سارع بتجديده مرة أخرى، فالوضوء سلاح المؤمن، كما قال الرسول صلى



الله عليه وسلم .


10- أن تقرأ في تخصصك إن كنت من أهل الاختصاص، ولو بمقدار صفحة. قال تعالى: { اقرأ وربك الأكرم } [ العلق ]


11- أن تمارس رياضة، ولو بمقدار عشردقائق يومياً ( مشي، سويدي، ضغط، جري في المكان ..) . عن أبي هريرة رضي



الله عنه قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : ( المؤمن القوي خير وأحب إلى الله من المؤمن الضعيف، وفي كل



خير ... ) [ رواه مسلم ] .


12- لا تسرف في السهر، بل نم مبكراً، واستيقظ مبكراً، فهذا من هدي المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم .


13- أن تجدد النية وتخلص لوجهة لله تعالى، كل ليلة : { وما أمروا إلا ليعبدوا الله مخلصين له الدين حنفاء ويقيموا الصلاة



ويؤتوا الزكاةوذلك دين القيمة } [ البينة ] .

14- أن تختلط بالمتميزين خلقياً وعملياً، كلما أتيحت لك الفرصة وتحذو حذوهم: { أولئك الذين هدى الله فبهداهم اقتده قل



لا أسألكم عليه أجرا إن هو إلا ذكرى للعالمين } [ الأنعام ] .


15- أن تحدد أولوياتك بوضوح، ولا تنشغل بالمفضول عن الفاضل، قال عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه: ' لا يقبل الله عمل



الليل بالنهار ولا عمل النهار بالليل، ولا يقبل الله النافلة حتى تؤدى الفريضة ' .


16- أن تكتب لنفسك خمسة أهداف واضحة ومحددة وقابلة للتنفيذ، وأن تبدأ بتنفيذها فوراً، ولا تسوف. قال تعالى : { فلا



اقتحم العقبة } [ البلد ] .


17- أن تكون متفائلاً وعندك أمل في تغيير نفسك إلى الأفضل، قال تعالى : { ولا تهنوا ولاتحزنوا وأنتم الأعلون إن كنتم



مؤمنين } [ آل عمران ] .


18- أن تتصف بالصبر والمصابرة والمجاهدة واحتساب الأجر وتعب النفس عند الله وأن تعيد تجديد نشاطك عند كل مناسبة،



قال تعالى: { يا أيها الذين آمنوا اصبروا وصابروا ورابطوا واتقوا الله لعلكم تفلحون } [ آل عمران ] .


19- أن تجلس مع أولادك وأهلك ولوبمقدار نصف ساعة على قصة قصيرة أو خاطرة أو طرفة أو خلق أو أدب أو آية من القرآن



أوحديث شريف، قال تعالى: { يا أيها الذين آمنوا قوا أنفسكم وأهليكم نارا وقودها الناس والحجارة }

20- أن تحافظ على أداء الصلوات الخمس في جماعة أولى في المسجد ما أمكن ولا تصلي فرضاً في البيت إلا لضرورة. قال



تعالى: { إن الصلاة كانت على المؤمنين كتابا موقوتا } [ النساء ] .



21- أن تلتزم بأداء حقوق الغير ولاتقصر فيها، وخاصة حقوق الوالدين، حقوق الزوجة، حقوق الأولاد، حقوق الجيران،



حقوقالأرحام والأقارب، حقوق الإخوان، حقوق الأصحاب، قال الشاعر :





وابدأ بأهلك إن دعوت فإنهم ** أولى الورى بالنصح منك وأقمنُ



والله يأمر بالعشيــرة أولاً ** والأمر من بعد العشيــرةهينُ


22- أن تكثر من صيام التطوع وخاصة الأيام القمرية والاثنين والخميس والمناسبات الدينية وشهر الله المحرم، وشهري



رجب وشعبان، والتسع الأوائل من ذي الحجة.. عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم



فيما يرويه عن رب العزة سبحانه وتعالى: ( كل عمل ابن آدم له إلا الصوم فإنه لي وأنا أجزي به ) [ جزء من حديث رواه



البخاري ] .

23- أن تحافظ على غض البصر وكف الأذى وعدم الغيبة وحفظ اللسان ما أمكنك ذلك، وأن تتحرى الحلال في المأكل



والمشرب. قالتعالى: { ولا تقف ما ليس لك به علم إن السمع والبصر والفؤاد كل أولئك كان عنه مسؤولا } [ الإسراء ]

24- أن تداوم على الذكر في جميع الأحوال والأوقات، في الركوب والترحال والذهاب والعودة ما وسعك ذلك. قال تعالى:



{ الذين يذكرون الله قياما وقعودا وعلى جنوبهم ويتفكرون في خلق السموات والأرض ربنا ما خلقت هذا باطلا سبحانك فقنا



عذاب النار } [ آل عمران ] .


26- أن تكتب لنفسك قائمة أعمال يومية، وتسعى في تحقيق هذه الأعمال والذي لا يُنجز يرحل لليوم التالي: قال تعالى:



{ يا أيها الذين آمنوا اتقوا الله ولتنظر نفس ما قدمت لغد واتقوا الله إن الله خبير بما تعملون } [ الحشر ] .

27- لا تكثر من النوم ولاتزد في يومك على ست ساعات ويمكن تقسيمها إلى ساعة واحدة في القيلولة وخمس ساعات



ليلاً، ولا ترهق نفسك في العمل البدني أكثر مما يجب حتى تشعر بلذة العبادة .


28- أن تكثر من ذكر هادم اللذات ومفرق الجماعات: الموت، وأن تعيش في هذه الدنيا كأنك غريب أو عابر سبيل .

وقد قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لعبد الله بن عمر: ( كن في الدنيا كأنك غريب أو عابرسبيل ) ، وكان ابن عمر



رضي الله عنهما يقول: ' إذا أصبحت فلا تنتظر المساء وإذا أمسيت فلا تنتظر الصباح، وخذ من صحتك لمرضك، ومن حياتك

29- إياك والشبع وكثرة تناول الطعام،واستجب لوصية الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم: ( نحن قوم لا نأكل حتى نجوع وإذا



أكلنا لا نشبع ) .


30- أن تحقق في نفسك الصفات العشر للمسلم الملتزم وهي : قوي الجسم، متين الخلق، مثقف الفكر، قادر على



الكسب ،سليم العقيدة ، صحيح العبادة ، مجاهد لنفسه ، حريص على وقته، منظم في شؤونه، نافع لغيره .


31- أن تتوافر في شخصيتك سمات الدعوة وهي : البساطة التلاوة الصلاة الجندية الخلق.
